"Let's practice a head slide with our choo choo shimmy. So let's first get our, figure out where our head slide's going to go. Let's put our palms over our head first. Make sure the shoulders are down, so that you're not crunched up here, and your head's going to go side to side, and you're going to keep that chin nice and level, okay? So now let's get our choo choo going, and then we'll start on top of that. So we're going to shift our weight right and left, nice and fast. The same, our weight is shifting the same place our hips are going. Make sure the hips are going into the ribcage. Watch that bellybutton. Make sure it's pulled in, and your chest is lifted. Now let's put our hands over our head, and slide the head side to side. And you can pick up your choo choo shimmy a little bit, and then you can let the arms float down, and then keep your head slide going. Practice this in the mirror to make sure your body is staying in the right position while you do this. Make sure your knees are together, and your ankles are pointing toward each other."
