"Let's practice our Choo Choo Shimmy Horizontal Figure 8, traveling forward with the hips. So let's first go over what our forward figure 8 looks like. Let's make sure our feet are slightly apart and our knees are bent. Our belly button's pulled in toward our spine and our chest is lifted. Let's angle one hip forward, slide it through the middle of the body, leave it out there, bring it around to the front and slide it through. So just keep going with that figure 8. Right. Good. So that's the figure 8 that we're going to add our Choo Choo Shimmy to. Now let's get up on relevee a little bit and get our little Choo Choo Shimmy going. The hips are going to come up toward the rib cage. Make sure your belly button's really supporting your spine there, keep your chest lifted and shift your weight to right and left just as fast as your hips are going. Now, let's bring that hip forward and slide it back and bring it forward. And then you can pick up the pace on it a little bit. Make sure you keep your chest lifted. Keep your chin up nice and high. Make sure you breathe and smile at your audience. Practice this in the mirror and make sure your body is in a good position and stays nice and centered."
