"This is called matching scents with objects. Melon. Apple. Banana. Orange. That smells like an apple. That is banana. That is melon. That is orange. Now I'll put them back. When you're creating this activity make sure that you make scents that are very specific. You can tell the difference between all of these individually such as, you wouldn't put two different types of melon, it's too hard to tell them apart, so we have completely different types. These are just salt shakers, with a cotton swab inside and on the cotton swab has a little bit of essential oils that have the different scents on them, and another way to do this activity is to use the real fruit and put the essential oils in the jars, so they can actually smell the fruit and smell the jar as well."
