"We're going to keep working on your abs. I suggest to you, if you have long pants, to take it up, so the bar won't slide, while doing the exercise. We'll bend the knees, and track the bar between the legs. We'll lie on the floor, face up. Bend your elbows. Place the fingers close to your head. Bring the legs up, and then bring right elbow to left knee, and come back to center, and then switch. Left elbow to right knee, and back to center. Try to reach the knee, and come back to center."
