"We are going to work now on your triceps, which is this muscle. We'll take the bar, break it apart, place the other part on the floor. Bend your knees, place one foot in front of the other and then bend your elbows and straighten it. We're bending and then placing it straight next to our body. Make sure that you are not moving the shoulder all the time when you are doing it, so the shoulder is in a steady place and then we bend and extend. I want you to feel this muscle all the time when we extend it we should feel it working and then bend it back. And then switch hands."
