"We are going to do now push ups. Now, because I'm outside, I find wood to do it on. If you're in a gym or at home, and you have steps or a bench, you can place the bar on it. I will place my hands wider than my shoulder. Then get on your knees; try to get to into balance, and then go straight, and then start to bring your chest towards the floor, and then come back up. Bring the chest towards the bar, and then extend the hands, come back up. Keep your abs engaged."
