"Hey, how's it going? I'm Bobby Larew. We're working on the fifth, and most important step, in your front approach for diving. We just talked about the feet, and how you need to get that full foot into the board. Now I want to talk about your arms. Your arms are really important because they're going to give you momentum. They're going to give you swing. When you swing a golf club, if you only bring the club back a little bit, you're only going to hit the ball, maybe ten yards, maybe twenty yards. Okay? But when great golfers get great swings and great distance, you know what they do? They wind those arms up and they drive through that ball. Same thing in diving, okay? I'm going to walk through the first four steps, stop at the fifth for you. Okay? So here we go. One, two, three, four. Now here's five, watch my arms. On that fifth step, my arms are back, they are up. Okay? Not too high, not too low, but enough where you're going to feel a nice stretch here. Because what we're going to do later with the arms, is actually drive them down into the board. Okay? That's what needs to happen with your arms on the fifth step."
