"Hey, how you doin'? Welcome back. I'm Bobby Larew. We're talking about expert diving. We just talked about the five-step approach, we talked about starting with good posture. What I want to talk to you now about are the first four steps in our five-step approach. Okay? Remember, I told you before not to walk like a robot? Okay. Here's what we're going to do...normal people walk like this, with their heel to the toe, heel to the toe, heel to the toe. Okay? A lot of people, especially gymnasts, and not there's anything wrong with that, 'cause in gymnastics it's a different sport, gymnasts usually go..toe to heel. That's just how they're taught to walk. It's okay for gymnastics. In diving, in our five-step approach, you want to walk by placing heel down first, toe second. I'll demonstrate just by highlighting the heel, toe. Okay? Heel, toe, heel, toe, heel, toe, heel toe. You're not going to walk like that, but I just wanted to demonstrate. Here's how it looks in normal speed. And that's how to walk heel, toe in diving."
