"Off season training for football, the agility ladder, lateral shuffles. So this exercise what we are working now is agility but in the lateral side to side movement plane. What we are working on is Jonesy is showing us that full speed right how we are working both feet into the rung and the both feet out of the rung. And once we hit that one rung we are going to move onto the next rung. So Jonesy, do you want to slow it down for us? So it is going to be right, left into the rung then right, left out. The right, left in, right, left out. Back in, back out. Both feet, stepping one at a time. So right left, right, left. And we keep moving down to the side as we go. Stepping in with the right foot each time so we are stepping in with the lead foot and then stepping out with the lead foot first. Left, right, left right. Left, right, left right. So Jonesy you want to take it full speed for us again? So here we go. Left, right, right left, right left, right, left, right, left, all the way down, trying sure to get each rung and kind of be as quick as you can and as accurate as you can too. And that is it for the lateral shuffle. Next we have lateral switches."
