"Off season training for football. The warm up walk out push ups. Jones is going to demonstrate the walk out push up for us. You're going to stand with your feet hip width, shoulder width apart. You're going to do a forward bend, touch the ground, walk your hands out into a push up position, push up, and then walk your hands back, then stand up all the way, look at the horizon and then repeat. When you're coming down do the push up with a full plank position; keeping your body nice and strong and straight. Good. Keep a nice rhythm with this. It's really going to warm up your upper body, it's going to warm up your whole body, but it's really to help warm up your shoulder, shoulder girdle, your shoulder mobility by walking out with your hands and walking back with your hands as well. So, from another angle just notice how he's walking all the way out to the plank position. His hands will be in line with his shoulders for the push up. Lowers all the way down, all the way up, then walks them back. Do ten of these. Ten walk out push ups and you're done with your warm up."
