on 9/18/2009 Heather honey - I was never into singing but your eHows are so simple explained and starting from the very basics so that I am pondering about starting myself. Maybe not somewhere else beside my bathroom but I have caught myself humming while I was cleaning the sink. I will be watching the rest of your videos so do not be surprised finding some more comments by me.

"This next clip is about practicing the same run, over and over. A very good way to help you figure out how to do runs. And help your voice get used to the positioning of the runs, is by finding one specific run that you like in a song. And just practicing it, over and over and over and over again. And drilling it. That way, you get used to how it feels when it, and how you have to breathe to let it happen. Easiest way to do it, is to find a song that you listen to, all the time. And just sing along and try and mimic, exactly what the artist is doing. That way, you can feel how it's supposed to feel. And you'll sound, you'll start to feel yourself sounding much, much better. And then you can branch out and try different runs. There are two different styles of runs, that are very specific, is the Pop and the R & B. They're a little bit different in the fact that R & B runs are a little more soulful and Pop are a little more, they're a little more planned. But it all depends on what you like. Just find one and practice it over and over again. Practice is the best way to get better at things."
