"This next clip will be about basic warm-ups and scales. A few warm-ups you can do when you are trying to get ready to do runs if you are not, if you are not quite as good at them yet, one very basically warm-up that personally helped me a lot, because I was just awful at runs when I first started, this specific warm-up is, just up and down a regular scale. First one, first time slowly then quickly. It is that easy. It will help you hit every single note, and then you will do it a little more quickly. You sound ridiculous, I cannot believe I am doing this on camera, it is a little silly. But it really does help you hit every single note. You start slowly and then you get a little quicker. It gets your voice used to doing things like runs, where you have to move quickly from note to note. One more time, that is."
