"What I'm going to perform is a Deadlift. Now, you do have the choice to put your hands over, or even both under, or you can have one over, or one under. I prefer one over, one under. So you want to pretty much lift off, from your legs, not your back, so push up from the ground. Then, you want to not exactly throw your back, but kind of squeeze it backwards. When you bring it down, you want to keep an arch on your lower back. Come down slowly with the weight, and then come right back up, doing the same action. Again, you don't want to have your back lift up the weight. You want to lift it up from your legs, and then, squeeze your back, when you get to that top position. And pretty much, that is how you perform a Deadlift."
