    "What I'll be performing now is the lunges and this is a very good exercise to develop your hamstrings as well as it develops your quads and also your glutes. Now, as you can see, I have some massive weight over here. So, what we're going to do, we're going to go ahead and step forward with one leg, come down slowly, push back up and then alternate and do the same action with the other leg and push back up. Usually, you would walk, if you had enough room, across the room with the barbell. But since we don't have enough room, here, what we're going to do is just do it one step at a time and then step back. What you do not want to do is when you're doing this action is for your back knee to touch the ground. That's improper form and definitely can cause injury. And that's how you perform the lunges."
