Alright in this section we're going to talk about the different types of grabs that you could do, with your tail block. Since you're blocking, on the tail of your board, your grabs are going to be focused on the nose. The first grab, after you get comfortable with the motion, you want to reach your front hand down, right above your binding, to your heel edge. That's the easiest and most basic grab. The next grab, that you could do, is called the Japan grab. As you tail block, you want to reach your hand down, to the toe side of your board, in front of your binding. This is a really good grab. It allows you to tweak it out, pretty nicely. It's the one you want to go for, once you get comfortable. Another grab, that you could do, to change it up a little bit, is go ahead and grab your nose. That's right here. It might be a little bit easier, than your Japan grab but this is a really sick grab too. You could also step it up a notch, after you get comfortable grabbing with your front hand, reach your backhand around, and do a double grab. Those are the best. So those are the different types of grabs you could do with your tail block. Go ahead and get out there and experiment and find the one that's right for you.
