"In this segment, we're going to talk a little bit about common mistakes I see for nollie backones. Same thing with all mistakes for all tricks is: people don't like to commit a lot. Just remember, if you're going for the trick, just get it set in your head that you're going to try it and go for it. No second guessing. Just go for it. Another mistake I see people doing when they're attempting nollie backones is sometimes they'll try to initiate the backone before they've fully nollied. This will cause you to catch your heal edge and reverse scorpion violently. We don't want to do that. So just be sure that you nollie first before you start to initiate the backone with your shoulders."
