"In this segment I'm going to be talking about shifting your shoulders once you've popped your nollie to initiate a nollie back one. So once you've ollied, and you get a little bit of height off your ollie; remember you don't want to spin it too hard; all you're doing is a back one. All you really have to do in a back one is shift your shoulders. Once you shift your shoulders, the rest of it will come automatically. Remember a nollie is popping an Ollie off of your nose. This is my nose and this is my tail. So you basically lift your back feet first, follow through with your front foot; off the ground. Once you're off the ground initiate with your shoulders, it'll change your board to switch. Once you are on switch, you want to land on your toes and right away switch."
