"All right, in this segment we're going to learn what a nollie back one is. In this segment, we're going to be explaining a nollie back one. Basically, you already know how to do a back one, so we're just going to be approaching it a little bit different and popping into it with a nollie. You already know how to do an ollie, which is popping from the tail of your board. A nollie is just backwards. It's just popping from the nose of your board. So when you want to approach it, all you have to do is make sure that your weight is over your front foot. Get ready for the pop. Once you pop, just lift with your back foot first and you'll feel your nose spring load, and your nose will pop second. That's what a proper nollie is. Remember, you have to nollie. This is the nose of my board and this is the tail. So you lift your tail first, pop off the nose, shift into back one, and you want to land on your toes, and then flat, ride away, switch."
