"In this section we're going to talk a little bit about your upper body mechanics when you're initiating your flat ground three sixty. Go ahead and initiate a heel side turn, whichever way is comfortable for you, regular footed or goofy footed. Once you initiate your turn and you come to your heels, keep your upper body rotating, and when you do that, your heels, your edge will follow through, and that's what I mean by following your edges. As long as you keep your upper body rotating, you're going to follow through and do a three sixty. Regardless of whether or not you're goofy footed or regular, you want to initiate this trick with your leading shoulder. So if you're goofy foot go ahead and start out with your right arm or if you're regular footed go ahead and start with your left. And that's the upper body mechanics for a flat ground three sixty. When you do these you've got to be careful about getting dizzy. And that's how you do a flat ground three sixty, just be sure to keep your mind focused."
