"In this section, we're going to talk about how to keep your board flat when you're doing flat ground 360's. It's really important to keep your board flat when you are doing these, just like on boxes. It kind of teaches you a little bit about how to press, so you don't catch an edge, and it teaches you how to follow your edges as well, because once your learn how to J- turn, you just link your turns back and forth. This one is a little step up, where as you come round from your toes to your heels, you just keep following your heels Once you start rotating your upper body, your edges will engage. All you have to do is follow your edges. Your board already knows how to do it. You've just got to let go and enjoy it."
