"In this section, I am going to explain to you a little bit about what a butter is. The term buttering the muffin was developed in the Eighties and Nineties when snowboarding was at its infancy. When people would just kind of do tricks on the snow and like do wheelies and nose cresses on the snow. They would be like, "Hey Man, it looks like you are buttering a muffin when you do that." And that is where the term came from. We will talk a little about that. It is basically just practicing a trick for a box or a rail, that is basically a butter. Having fun, popping little one-eighties, and doing some tail rolls, and nose rolls. Those are all butters. Basically, when you are just having fun and ripping it up, switch, regular, changing it up. That is basically what a butter is. But, we will break down a couple specific ones for you. We are going to be learning today a Flag Ground 360, which is basically the most simple type of butter. Everybody starts with those. Move it up to maybe a Nali Back One, and then we are going to mix it up with a little bit harder tricks. Some Tail Blocks, and my personal favorite, Cab to Nose and Switch Three Out. Those are really fun, so let us get going."
