"What I'm going to be demonstrating, here, is Lunges with Dumbbells. What you want to do is make sure you have the dumbbells on each side of the body. Also, they're used as dead weight, you don't want to use your arms to carry them, just leave them to the side of the body. You want to throw one foot in front, come down and then push back with the foot that you used. And then switch to the other foot and then push back. Now, you want to remember to keep your back straight, chest up. Also, you want to make sure you flex the abs to keep the good posture. The lunges works on the quads, the hamstrings, as well as the glutes. And, what you want to be careful with, is when you do the lunges, do not have you knee touch the ground. When the knee does touch the ground it can cause injury to the legs. And, that's how you do lunges with dumbbells."
