"What I'm going to be performing is the incline hammer grip dumbbell press and you want palms to face each other, and you want to come straight down to the side of the chest; still a good stretch and press back up. As you see, you're having it in the hammer grip position and you just want to make sure that you control the weight coming down; bring it up, flex the chest together. This exercise will still work on the middle of the chest and also works on building thickness to the chest; you want to do about three to four sets and about eight to ten reps just continue. And about a slow motion when you bring it down and as well as you bring it up; try to control it and don't move the weight too quickly. And that's how you do an incline hammer grip dumbbell press."
