"What this is called is a Dumbbell Bench Squat. Usually the bench should be a little bit more narrow and, just for demonstration purposes, we're going to do it this way. What you want to do is, again, have the two dumbbells on the side of your body, it's going to be used as dead weight. The bench is pretty much just going to stop, or is going to be where you stop. You come down, stop right there, rest a little bit, and come back up. While you're coming back up you want to push from the heels. Don't go down too quickly, you want to flex the quads. You want to do about three to four sets and eight to ten reps of this. Make sure you keep your chest up, posture has to be correct. Again, the pace should be steady, not to quick. Concentrate on your quads, keep them flexed and keep them tight. And, that's how you do the Dumbbell Bench Squat."
