"Okay, so for our shomen strike, again as this hand comes up, I want to deflect this hand. I don't want to just meet it, force on force, hiya! Okay. Just like this. Just like I showed in the basic section. As I tenkan, I don't want to just immediately go from here to this hand, because it leaves me wide open for the strike once again. And I don't want to get hit. So, as the strikes comes in, one, as I tenkan around, I strike her in the face, and that should take me to the side of the jaw. This hand will go from here directly to the wrist. One, two, back to the face, I step behind her, down, just like I taught on the basic section. A nice, controlled ikkyo. One more time. Go faster."
