Summary: Need to crochet in a circular pattern? Learn the ins and outs of circle crocheting with tips from an artisan in this free crochet video.
"Now that we have our first circle completed. What we're going to do, is with this loop, we're going to wrap the yarn around here so that we've got two pieces. Pull it through once, pull it through twice. We're going to chain up two because this is the double crochet and that's the height of the stitch. Now, to make the second level, we're going to go ahead and do this, get our two pieces because this is the double crochet. But, where you're going to stick your needle is right in between the two columns. You can see there's spaces between each of the columns. That's where we're going to stick out needle. You don't want to go underneath the loops anymore, you want to go between the columns. So, we're going to go right between there, connect the two, and go right between the columns. This is how it should look. There should be a column and a column in between the two as we go up on each level. We're not going to go underneath these anymore, right now we're going to go between the columns and this is how we make this pattern work."
