"Some of the common mistakes you may experience while learning how to an alley-oop hurricane, to fakie, are basically going to have to do with learning how to do the alley-oop motion, and getting used to how that feels. There's not a lot of tricks that are similar to how an alley-oop works, so the best way to learn how to do it, is to practice as much as possible and learn how it feels to head up the ramp front side, and whip it around into a backside maneuver. This is just going to take a lot of practice. The other mistake that people may make, is that once they've gotten all the way around, and land in the feeble position, they find that their board drops down into a rock and roll. So what you're going to do to fix that, is make sure that you keep as much as your body outside, and onto the transition of the ramp as possible, and not getting your weight too far onto the platform. One way to prevent this from happening, is by keeping your front leg extended as straight as possible, and your weight over your tail, or your back truck. So that all of your weight is outside of the ramp. This is going to help you poke that position and hold it, and then be able to come in fakie and roll away. And these are just some of the common mistakes with an alley-oop hurricane, to fakie."
