Video Transcript

"After we clear the space we open up the heart with the notes healing vibration we start to move into the physical aspect. The physical aspect is just a tiny tiny aspect of the whole practice, but it is such a wonderful tool to discovery to remember. We start first with the childs pose. To begin the childs pose we simply see if you can maybe come here to all fours first. And then gentle bend the knees and bring the buttock on top of the heels. Release the top of your feet. Maybe you can open your thighs a little wider than your torso. Then rest your forehead down to mother earth. You can extend the arms in front of you or bring the arms down by your sides with your palms facing up. Now, you stay in childs pose. As you bring the forehead down to mother earth, and you start to tune in with how ever you feel tonight, emotionally or physically or mentally. See we can altogether by adding some healing sounds. So the ummmm is the sound of the beginning, and the sound of the middle, and the sound of the end. Ummmm is the beginning, middle, and end. So just maybe for a half minute or so, we can together calmly sound of ummmm. In and out open your mouth and when you are ready from childs pose ummmm. Another inhale ummmm And one last deep inhale ummmm. And then just let the hips sink low and let everything open up and receive."
