"Hi there, I am Melody Mooney, and today I'm going to be giving you tips on how to fold your clothes. So first things first, I want you to get a flat surface. I usually fold on my kitchen table, but you can fold on your bed or the floor as long as it's flat. And we're going to be working with men's dress slacks. Now, here's something cool that I wanted to show you. When hanging up in a closet, your dress slacks, hang them up by the cuff on the bottom, on this type of cedar hanger. See that? And that is how you keep your crease. Isn't that cool? Because I always wondered, "How do they keep the crease in them"? So that's how you do it. Now for folding, just go ahead and take off the hanger, and I always recommend keeping them, if you can, hung up like that. So what you want to do for folding is you want to find the crease in your pant. There is the crease in the pants and it's in the front, on both sides, you can see right there, the crease. Find it and match it up. That’s what you want to do. You want to make sure everything is done up, the zippers, the tabs, there we go, trying to get it as flat as possible. So then I'm going to take the bottom of these pants that are together, the cuffs, and I'm going to bring it up to the pocket on the back of the pant. See that? Just bring it up to the pockets, that's your first fold. Then what you want to do, one more fold, you want to take up to the waistband. Now look at that, look at how flat that is. This can be stored or if you need to take it on a trip, on a business trip. And you don't want to fold it too many times because you don't want to create false creases, you want it to be preserved just how it is. Okay, that is how we fold men's dress slacks."
