"Shomenuchi sankyo nogge. Same entry, off line, cut down, enter to here. Last time we went here, this time we're going to go in the insides. So we're going to almost rotate our hands, slide down, and get the wrist. Then we're going to bring him up, step back. Okay. The outside foot is planted. Okay, I can just pivot. This is what we want to see. Once we get him moving, his body is going to get enough momentum that it's going to slide behind. Once this is tight, taught, and it's very firm up against your chest, then take a step, and just let your body movement propel it. Try not to cut him, but just use your body movement. So, shomenuchi ikkyo, enter, and get the sankyo, get him moving back. Once his body goes past you, then slide forward. Everybody got it."
