"Hi. This is Robert Stewart with hill13.com. When it comes to cheating and bad behavior on the field, one of the things that ranks the highest for me is the guy I always call the "Critic." And that's the guy that's constantly berating his own team members about what they should have done, or what he would have done, or what they could have done, had they only thought more. Nobody wants to play with this guy after the first couple of games because he always knows more than everybody else, and he's not afraid to say it. Remember that when you're with your teammates, even if you see a mistake, try to deliver some constructive criticism, rather than just telling somebody what they did wrong. Especially if they've never played the game before, all you're doing them is telling them that they don't fit in and they don't belong. And they may not come back to play again. Try to remember that that guy probably doesn't know half as much as he thinks he does. And, if at all possible, ignore him. And if you're that guy, stop. Nobody needs to hear how they needed to run from point A to point B, or when they should have withdrawn from a position before they got bunkered. They just got painted. The last thing they want to hear is one of their teammates calling them out in front of everybody for being slow, or whatever the criticism is. Just drop it. We're here to play. We're here to have fun, and that's all."
