"Ok this is another chest movement with an extension. What we're going to do is chest flies with chest extension. Kendra why don't you demonstrate this for us. Going to move down into forward position, again supporting your back by having the shoulders and head up on the ball. Notice her abdominals and gluts are all parallel with the floor. She has everything from her gluts, gluts here, abdominals, quadriceps, and hamstrings all engaged while she's working chest flies with a chest extension coming backward."
