"Okay, this next exercise is going to be inclined bench press. As we've shown you earlier we did the chest press of the ball working a lot of the core muscle groups along the chest. We were in a flat position parallel with the floor which works mostly the lower and mid pectorals, chest muscles. By taking the bench up at an angle like so, you're moving the pressure up into the upper section of the pectorals, upper chest. So the primary muscle group is going to be upper chest, little bit of shoulders and some triceps, back of the arms. Okay, Kendra why don't you demonstrate this exercise for us. Again proper breathing would be exhaling as she's pushing forward. Very good. The proper form and technique with this exercise, it's very important to make sure that you're, you want to pretend as if you're an imaginary bar going between these two dumb bells. That imaginary bar wants to be in front of your chin where you're in alignment with the upper part of your chest. Always remembering to keep your muscles, again so you can improve your full range of motion. Coming down and upward with the movement. Proper form with this exercise is you want to remember to keep the bars out in front of your chin. Not very far up, but enough so that you have an imaginary bar between the two dumb bells, coming down touching the chest as you press up, forward like so. Again, proper breathing is exhaling when you're doing the pushing motion with this exercise. Very good, it's good form."
