"Today, my assistant Kendra and I are going to take you through a full body workout explaining each movement, complete with proper technique, form and breathing. So let's begin. Whenever beginning your workout program, it's always best to do a little warm up activity before you begin. Do at least five to ten minutes of a low level aerobic activity to warm up, warm your muscles up. There are many variations of course. Right here we have the elliptical. We have recumbent bicycles, treadmill and so on. Right now I have Kendra doing elliptical machine and of course there are many variations. So Kendra, how many minutes have you been going on this so far? Well, I've been going for about five minutes and this is a very low impact exercise. It works both my arms, my legs and my core and it gets your heart rate going at the same time."
