"Now the third stage of an interview process is the final stage and depending on the company that you're looking at and the position that you're going for, you may have a final stage and you may not have a final stage. But what happens in the final stage is it is usually a higher ranking officer in the company, maybe the President of the company, maybe the Chief Financial Officer of the company that is interviewing you. What they have established at this point is they know you are completely qualified for the job. That you can meet all the requirements, but the purpose of this interview is two fold and the person doing this interview is basically sizing up your personality. You've gone through this long process, but the executive, the high ranking official here wants to determine if your personality will work. The second part of this final stage, this is the person that is, usually going to negotiate your terms, so this means you're getting a job offer but not everybody in the company, maybe even your supervisor can negotiate the terms of your employment and yes I'm talking money and benefits. So this person is going to negotiate those terms. Now, in a minute we're going to talk about money benefits because that, hey, that's pretty important right."
