"Okay, what you want to do is develop an accomplished style, and how you do that, sounds crazy, but what you want to do is you want to have mock interviews with a friend. Talk one of your friends into coming over and playing interview-interviewee with you, it is a great, wonderful tool to practice with. And remember there's a lot of competition for jobs these days, so it's essential that when you go into that job interview, that you are magnifico, yes? Okay, so what you want to do is you can impromptu it, you can do it on the fly, you can write up questions, however you want to do it, but get your friend to come and play interview with you. And it's really advisable, if you can, to either tape record these interviews, or tape them on video. Everybody's got these video phones nowadays, it should be so easy for you to videotape it. And that sounds a bit torturous, but it's a great, great tool for you to go back and take a look at it and see what you're doing, see what you're doing bad, see what you're doing good. And that way you can work on changing those things so that you can have a great interview and get the job."
