"Now, depending on the type of company or the line of work, but I can almost guarantee that you will be asked a problem solving question. Nine out of the ten jobs I've ever applied for, I have been asked a problem solving question, and this is especially if you're going into education or any type of field where you're going to have to do some problem solving, especially thinking on your feet. What they'll do is they'll give you an XYZ scenario, if this were to happen, how would you respond. Those are the kinds of things that you want to really be prepared for ahead of time, and I'm going to talk about that in just a little bit. But what they're looking for is how you solve problems, how well. They also might throw you right into a group situation to see how you respond and, "Okay, we're working on this project right here and we're trying to find a solution for it, what do you think we ought to do"? It could be a scenario like that, but nine times out of ten you're going to have to solve some problems while you're in the interview process, so we'll get you ready for that."
