"Okay, there are certain kinds of questions that you can pretty well guarantee you are going to be asked, and we're going to talk about those general questions right now, and this will happen ninety-nine percent of the time. Obviously you're going to be asked about your skills, and you want to be able to talk knowledgeably and in detail about those skills. Achievements, what have you accomplished, what awards, honors, degrees, so forth and so on, you will definitely be talking about that. Goals, nine times out of ten the employer will ask a question about your goals, whether it's your five year goal, your ten year goal, where do you see yourself five years from now is a real popular question. Also your attitudes about work and school. Did you like school? Were you good in school? How did you feel about the people that you worked with at your last job? And this is just talking about attitudes. You will probably be asked about your relationship with others. How did you get along with your last supervisor? How did you get along with your college professors? What kind of relationship did you have with your coworkers at XYZ position here on your resume. So be prepared to talk about that. Occasionally they will ask you about hobbies and special interests, it depends on the employer, the culture of the organization, is that important to the specific job that you're applying for and important to the culture of the company. But you can pretty well guarantee everything else for a question."
