"Okay, the last bit of information that is must have information is specific information about the actual job that you are applying for. Now, the first thing that you want to know is, what is the title? Now, to some people, a title doesn't make a whole lot of difference, but to some people, it's very important. So are you the Senior Account Manager or are you the Junior Account Manager? What is your title? Next, what are the specific functions? And I really recommend that you find out exactly what you are going to be held accountable for. What are the functions; all of them, of the job? Even if it includes getting coffee for the boss and you may be okay with that, but you definitely want to know that before you accept the position rather than find out later on, ooh, I didn't want to do that. Qualifications; why should qualifications matter? Well, you want to make sure that beyond what's listed on your resume that you actually are qualified to do whatever the position requires. So, get the full list of qualifications. What kind of career path are we looking at? Is this like a one year gig or is this a company that you can have a lot of room to grow with and you can actually form a career and follow it. Money; cha-ching. What is the salary and what is the salary range? A lot of companies have a cap and that's really good information for you to know. Am I going to get more money and more money every year or how's that going to work? Travel; is there any opportunity for travel? It could be really important because you want to travel or really important because you don't want to and can't travel. So, good information; as well as relocation. Maybe you really want to live in California and they have a California office. Are there any opportunities for relocation within this company or are you going to be in Nebraska at their headquarters for the rest of your career there? So, all of these are must, must know little bits of information about your actual job."
