"During the question and answer phase I want to talk to you about something that you might have to deal with, and that's fielding discriminatory questions. Employers, interviewers, are not allowed to ask discriminatory questions, it's against the law. And when I'm talking about discriminatory questions, I'm talking about questions that relate to any of these things listed here. Religious affiliation, affiliations with organizations or lodges, race, gender, age, marital status. Questions about your spouse; their employment, where do they work for, how much money do they make. Dependents; how many do you have, what are your child care arrangements. Your height, your weight, pregnancies that you've had, pregnancies that you plan to have. Any health related issues, and disabilities, especially disabilities that are not related to the particular job that you're applying for. Any arrests, any convictions that are not directly related to the job that you're applying for. All of these are discriminatory in any form, whether direct or indirect questioning. That, it can't happen. But I'm going to tell you in a minute what happens, what you do, if it does."
