"Ok! Let's deal with the questions. There are some really important tips about dealing with the question and answer portion of the program here. First of all, let the interviewer lead the question and answer process. Okay? Just follow their lead. What you can do is tailor your answers to their questions to help make a favorable impression for yourself, but you never just want to take over the interview. The thing that you have to do is, you have to let the interviewer ask the complete question. Never ever cut the interviewer off before he's finished, he or she is finished, because you might receive some very valuable information in the last few words of the sentence. So, wait until the, the question is completely asked, and then answer. And then if you want to try and make yourself look a little more impressive, then you can. Don't limit yourself to yes no answers. Always come up with something more to say than, yes, no, maybe. It doesn't give the interviewer enough information about you. If you are proposed and extremely difficult question, pause. Think about it for a moment, and then answer. You want to show that you are thinking and processing information, rather than just blurting out pat answers that you've memorized."
