"Now I'm going to show you how to make a True Amaretto Sour. Now, this is the more traditional version of the drink. First, you're going to take your rocks glass or old fashioned glass, and you're going to take a lemon and you're just going to run it right around the rim of the glass, because we're going to salt it, we're going to dip it into sugar, not salt. So, we're just going to take our glass and you're just going to rim the edge. Next, we're going to fill our mixer halfway full with ice. We are going to add our liquor, which for this drink is an Amaretto, is Amaretto. We're going to put about one ounce of Amaretto. And finally, we're going to add the juice of about half of a lemon, so you're just going to want to squeeze it, as much as you can. And one thing I find is if you roll the lemon before, a lot more juice comes out, so that's what I've done with this one. And, we're going to shake it. And, we're going to pour it into our drink, into our glass. And, the garnish for this one is traditionally, a cherry. And, that is how you make a True Amaretto Sour."
