Mixed Drinks: Amaretto Sour

"Now I'm going to show you how to make an Amaretto Sour. Now this drink, if you order it in a bar nowadays, this is most likely the drink that you're going to get. First, you'll fill up your glass with ice. And, you're going to add your liquor. In this drink, it's just as it sounds, we're just going to use Amaretto. We're going to do about one ounce of Amaretto. And then, you're going to fill the rest of the glass with the sour mix. And you always want to leave a little room, because when you shake it the sour mix usually tends to froth up a little bit. And, you're going to pour it right back in your glass. And as most of the sour drinks, it's going to take a cherry flag. So for that, we will take a toothpick, an orange and a cherry. And, you're just going to pierce through the orange, through the cherry, and then through the other side of the orange, and add it to the drink. And, that is how you make an Amaretto Sour."
