"Our liquid has all been absorbed by the rice, our beans are simmering, and our pork is done, so go ahead and plate. I'm going to take our rice and get a healthy scoop here of the chorizo and the peppers. Then we're going to go back to our oven and we're going to slice our baby bananas and pad them in with our black beans. Then we'll lean our pork up against the rice. Come back and we'll stir our beans gently around these bananas because they're very soft, and we will plate those right over, in front of our pork, leaving just a little bit of the pork visible. So, here we have our pepper and chorizo rice along with our marinated pork with our black bean and baby banana sauce."
