"Alright now we can start making our rice. So we need to turn our back burner up to about 8 and we're going to come and measure out two cups of water. We bring this back and we're going to scoop out a tablespoon of our vegetable base. It's very sticky so we're going to have to, to swirl and bang along the sides here until it breaks off. And then when it does it'll generally come in one big clump. Now if we don't break it up it will just remain that way so we want to release all the flavor of this so we're going to smash it along the bottom and up here on the side and stir it up. When it boils it will break this down but not very much. So even after this comes to a boil, before we use it we're going to give it one more stir."
