"Alright here are the ingredients that we're going to be using today. We're going to be using this chorizo which is a mild sausage, we're going to be cutting it open and taking the casing out, and then chopping it and we're going to be adding that to our rice right at the very last step. Along with pasilla pepper. pasilla pepper is going to go in two of our things today. It's going to go into our rice, and it's also going to go with our black bean sauce. Now these aren't as bitter as a green bell pepper, and they're not as hot as a jalapeƱo. We have a piece of pork here, we're going to be trimming off this outside bone part, and a little bit of this fat. And then we're going to put it in our marinade. We have some baby bananas here, but if you use plantains, that'll work just as well. We're going to cut the tops off, squeeze them out onto a baking sheet, and then roast them, then at the very end we're going to give them a little bit of a cut, and throw it in with our black bean sauce. We're going to have a bay leaf, we're going to be adding that to our marinade. Also a red pepper, some cilantro, butter, the juice of half a lemon and half a lime, we're going to need some black beans, some rice, some vegetable stock, oil, garlic, salt and pepper, also going to need some red wine vinegar, that's going to go for our rice, as well as some Worcestershire sauce, and some hot sauce."
