"Alright now, we're going to be going into the rod and just high hat and just get the basic pattern with our left foot and our right hand. That's going to entail shuffling the eighth note. Alright with the rod symbol on the high hat. It's two one four. Alright, so it's going to sound like this. One, two, one, two, three, four. One and two and three and four. One and two and three and four. One and two and three and four. One and two and three and four. If you really watch my hand, it's really getting it in there, it's really shuffling back and fourth, up and down. I'm really accenting that two and four on the snare and on the high hat, alright. One and two and three and four. So try that."
