"We're going to periodically go and stir our mixture and also add about half a cup of our vegetable stock here and that will prevent any of the meats from scorching and will also give it a very nice flavor. We'll re-cover that and check on it periodically. Alright, now we're going to take our baby bananas, again, if you have plantains, and these are going to be very mushy so I'm just going to squeeze these out of the top like this. And once these are out, we'll go ahead and we'll put these in the oven. And we're going to bake them until they're just a little bit brown. They're not really going to firm up that much and we'll bring them out and we'll add them again to our dish here at the end."
