"All right, let's go over the ingredients that we're going to need to make this dish. We're going to be taking a pork chop and I'm going to be cutting out this bone and fat part and then I'm going to be dicing up just the cutlet part. I'm going to be doing the same thing to a chicken thigh and I'm going to be using that instead of a chicken breast because it's going to have a much richer flavor. I've got two pieces of bacon and I'm going to also dice that up and put that in and I have a chorizo sausage. This is a rather mild sausage, but that has a very distinctive flavor. I'm going to be taking off the outer casing, cutting in half, and then dicing that as well so we're going to be sautéing these things all together. Got some baby bananas here and these are really mushy so you can use plantains which will also be very mushy and we're going to bake them and they're going to when we open them up come out as a glop so if you use plantains instead of baby bananas you want to get them so that they're nice and black so for a banana that's bad but for a plantain it's perfect. We're going to be topping our dish with some cilantro, and we're going to be adding some hot sauce and about half a can of black beans. For our potatoes we're just going to take these two potatoes. We're going to pull off the eyes and we're going to dice them up, we're going to dice it with this persea pepper which is not as bitter as a green bell pepper but is not hot like a jalapeño and we're cooking that with onion and also some vegetable stock and we're going to finish it with some oregano. We'll be using some salt and pepper, some garlic, some oil and again our hot sauce."
