"As our cream begins to bubble, we want to stir this to make sure that our mustard is evenly distributed. And, then I'll roughly measure out about a tablespoon of honey. And, if you have a squeeze bottle like this it's easier to make sure that it goes around the entirety of the dish. Throw in our garlic to let that simmer in the sauce. The same with our fresh herbs. We'll come back again and stir this so that our herbs and our garlic and our honey are evenly distributed. And, then we'll take half a teaspoon of our curry powder. We'll add that and stir it. And, then we're going to reduce our heat. We have it at about eight. We're going to take it to about five. We're going to stir this curry in and then we're going to let this slowly simmer until it reduces into a thick sauce."
